The 50 years following the most angst filled period of my life. High School.
20 – 50: BS Business Administration, University of Missouri St. Louis. Management trainee Southwestern Bell, Kansas City, MO. Accountant, Anheuser Busch, St. Louis.
Married. Moved to Maine. Mother. MA Public Policy, University of Southern Maine. Manager University/State Government Partnership Program. Communications Coordinator Maine Department of Education. Documentary Video Producer.
Library Board of Trustees. School Boards. Unsuccessful Mayoral Candidate. University System Board of Trustees. SO MANY committees.
Runner for 30 years. Long distance cyclist. Celebrated 50th birthday by biking across country. Scuba diver.
After 50: Self-employed. Change consultant. Photographer. Editor. Divorced after 40 years. Gallery owner. Artist rep.
Today: Retired. Art collector. Blogger. Photographer. Helping rebuild our downtown. Addicted reader. Traveler. Mother to Shiloh, 7 year old standard poodle. Life long learner.
My life continues to move in cycles of creativity and professional enthusiasms. After many years of thinking about writing, (I am a world class procrastinator) I am working on my first book: Postcards to My Younger Self.
